Description
A boolean property that, when set, implements the following behavior on a control:
The Control cannot receive keyboard focus.
The Control raises Click and DBLClick events.
The Control responds to ContextMenus.
Usage
bValue = Get_Property (objectname,"DESIGNMODE")
prevBValue = Set_Property (objectname,"DESIGNMODE", bValue)

Values passed in Set_Property():
