The SRP_Unicode_OIPI_Services is your programmatic control over SRP Unicode OIPI. Use it to turn it on and off.

EnableSets all OIPI calls to be routed to SRP Unicode OIPI.
DisableSets all OIPI calls to be routed to standard OIPI.
IsEnabledDetermines if SRP Unicode OIPI is enabled.
InstallHooks SRP Unicode OIPI into GET_PRINTER and SET_PRINTER.
UninstallUnhooks SRP Unicode OIPI from GET_PRINTER and SET_PRINTER.
