Used to programmatically control the expand / collapse display of a single group.

SRP_PropertyPanel(PanelCtrl, "GroupExpanded", GroupKey, Expand)
Parameters
GroupKey
The key to the group to expand or collapse.
Expand
1 to expand, 0 to collapse.
