Description
Converts a UNICODE string to an UTF8 string.
Syntax
ansiString = UNICODE_UTF8 (uniCodeString, delimiter)
Parameters
The function has the following parameters:

| uniCodeString | The Unicode string to convert to UTF8. This string will contain two-byte Unicode characters. |
| delimiter | The minimum delimiter value to use in the conversion. |
Returns
A string containing UTF8 characters.
