Description

For controls, gets or sets text to be displayed as balloon help. For menu items, gets or sets the help text assigned to the menu item.

Usage

menuhelp = Get_Property (menuID, "HELPTEXT")

menuhelp = Set_Property (menuID, "HELPTEXT", text)
