Pulls back a list of updates for the application and returns it for display in the update window.
Syntax
rv = Update_Services("getUpdateList", CurVersion)

| CurVersion | The starting point and only those future ones will be pulled from this date. CurVersion is expected to follow the pattern: YY.MM.DD.VV (ie: 19.10.31.01). |
