Calculates the hyperbolic arc tangent of a value.

Returns
The hyperbolic arc tangent of Value.
Remarks
The ARCTANH operation computes the hyperbolic arc tangent of Value. Value must be in the range -1 < value < 1, else the following error is returned:
"ERROR: Value must be in range: 1 < Value < 1."
