Description
Converts encrypted values into data strings.
Syntax
internal = OConv (encryptedValue, "[ENCRYPT_FORMAT, encrpytKey ]")
Parameters
OConv ENCRYPT_FORMAT accepts arguments for the following parameters.

| encryptedValue | Encrypted value using IConv ENCRYPT_FORMAT |
| encryptKey | The key to use to decrypt the value. |
