OpenInsight 9.x ships with OECGI3.exe (for Windows operating systems) and OECGI3p.php (for servers running PHP, including Linux boxes). While these versions of the OECGI3 is are fine for normal INET or O4W based web applications, they do not work well for REST based APIs. Therefore, OECGI4.exe (or OECGI4p.php) is required to work properly with the SRP HTTP Framework.
