OpenInsight 9.x ships with OECGI3.exe. While this version of the OECGI3.exe is fine for normal INET or O4W based web applications, it does not work well for REST based APIs. Therefore, OECGI4.exe (v4.0.0.2 3 or later) is required to work properly with the SRP HTTP Framework.
