Description

Closes the special message below the control (or SRP EditTable cell) that was created with the DisplayControlMessage serviceUsed by FrameWorks tools, such as FW_COMMAND_MANAGER, to display itself.  Uses fancy logic to maximize screen real estate, or defaults to the old school way if need be.
