This is the equivalent of the HTTP_Service_Setup insert but it is used by the core SRP FrameWorks utility service modules. HTTP_Services, HTTP_JSON_Services, and HTTP_Authentication_Services rely upon this insert. The reason they do not rely upon HTTP_Service_Setup is because they are not HTTP service modules in the strictest sense. That is, they do not manage HTTP requests but function as application (or support) services. Application services (whether prefixed with HTTP or not) always use the original SRP FrameWorks SOA design.
