Returns all of the Response Header Field names and values.
Syntax
Response = HTTP_Services('GetResponseHeaderFields')
Returns
A formatted list of all the HTTP response header fields that have been set by the current API.

Remarks
These are formatted as Name : <space> Value <crlf> with an extra <crlf> appended after the last field/value pair. This also returns the HTTP response status since the CGI specification uses the "Status" header field. This will be put into the response before the regular header field/values.
