NoteBASIC+ code to use when creating the main body of a new API module. Used by the UpdateWebAPIs service (member of the HTTP_Services module). Note: SRP_HTTP_FRAMEWORK_TEMPLATE_API_BODY is the default configuration row for all applications. Each local application will copy this and maintain a local version using the format SRP_HTTP_FRAMEWORK_TEMPLATE_API_BODY*<AppID>.
