Stores a boolean flag that represents the enabled status of the API server. The GetServerEnabled service (a member of the HTTP_Services module) retrieves this flag. The SetServerEnabled service will update this flag. Note: SRP_HTTP_FRAMEWORK_SERVER_ENABLED is the default configuration row for all applications. Each local application will copy this and maintain a local version using the format SRP_HTTP_FRAMEWORK_SERVER_ENABLED*<AppID>.
